Use Your Subconscious Mind to Get What You Desire

You know about your conscious mind. You use it to decide which restaurant you want to eat at or what clothes to buy. There’s another element to your mind, the subconscious. It usually works in the background when you’re slightly distracted and sleeping. Think about how many times you’ve come up with great ideas when you were driving, strolling through the store, or taking a shower.

Throughout the majority of the day, your conscious mind is in the forefront being present. It’s only when you’re relaxed but slightly occupied that your subconscious communicates with you. Your subconscious is working for you constantly. Not many people take advantage of this effective resource. Think of how great it is to have a powerful ally always working in the back of your mind.

Your subconscious is a like a pundit. It has the information you need but doesn’t quite know how to deliver it you. It needs straight forward instructions to get you the answers you need. It’s brilliant in most areas, yet somewhat struggles in other places.

How can you benefit from this effective resource? Use this process to get your subconscious mind to work:

1. Make a request to your subconscious mind. Write it on a piece of paper. This opens your brain on a higher level when you do so. When you’re in bed for the night, tell your subconscious what you want, so it will give you the answers in your dreams. Think of it as having an AI tool in your head instead of on a computer.

– For instance: “I want to find three efficient, creative, and affordable ways to market my company.”

– Read the request out loud 5 times.

– Write your request 5 times, then turn the light off.

2. Imagine being successful. In the example above, how will you feel when you get and implemented the three answers you asked for and got from your subconscious mind? How do you think your finances and overall life will transform?

3. Repeat steps one and two when you wake up. It will take three minutes of your time and a way to start your day. Of course, you won’t turn the light off at the end, but you get the gist of it.

4. Pay attention. Your subconscious will start feeding you solutions the next few days. It’s essential to pay attention to these hints of genius. When one comes to you, write down so you don’t forget or get distracted and lose it.

5. Apply the solutions. As humans, we love to collect information, however many of us fail to act on the little nuggets we receive. Implement the ideas that came from your subconscious. Don’t ignore these finds, because if you don’t apply them, your subconscious will stop working on that requested information and start to focus on other things. Don’t disregard these great ideas, put them to use.

6. Be patient. Know that just because your subconscious presents you with ideas quickly, putting them to action can take time. For example, if you requested a way to change your exercise habits, you’d have to implement it for a couple of weeks before you see the payoff.

The subconscious is an effective device that many don’t use to their advantage. While searching through tons of options in your brain, the information it provides you is high quality. Knowing you can tap into said information while sleeping is a win-win.

Start by requesting small things so you can experience some easy successes. The confidence you’ll gain will be beneficial as you start to make requests that need even more time to deliver. Your subconscious is constantly working, so make sure it’s working on the things you need and not just putting along in the background.
